Unexpected humour: Panic over

Websites sometimes go wrong – often, also, it is the user’s own mistake or misunderstanding that causes their frustration.

Dealing with these eventualities with a touch of humour prompt an emotive response in users and can help them get over their annoyance. Going through your website’s user journey in terms of registration, login, page not found and any other errors that could be encountered and inserting some unexpected humour, can go a long way in encouraging site loyalty and registration.
